Orvis Hot Springs is looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of company premises. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs.
Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry work, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Respond to clients' maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
