Adhere to directives of the Director of Food and Nutrition Services, keep food and nutrition area I a clean and sanitary condition. Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuous basis. Willing to handle and clean dirty dishes, trays, utensils, and equipment in the dietary department. organize tray assembly and meal service. Report any equipment problems to the Director.
