Insight Global is Hiring a Returns Analyst Near Ridgefield, NJ
Must Haves:
- 2-3 years of any operational experience dealing with moving inventory (inventory management, supply chain, distribution, etc.)
- Advanced Excel - Power Query, VLOOKUP, and Power Pivot
- Understanding of basic finance (credits/debits)
Plusses:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with SAP
Day to Day:
- Work with warehouse staff to address discrepancies in physical inventory.
- Keep track of pending financial deductions from returns and manage the resolution process.
- Look into claims that remain unresolved for over 30 days and mediate customer disputes.
- Take charge of reporting and escalating issues pertinent to retailers and distributors.
- Perform credit and debit modifications on customer accounts as needed.
- Generate new chargeback reports daily and conduct bi-monthly reviews of customer accounts for accuracy.
