Southern Heritage Assisted Living is Hiring a Director of Maintenance Near Ridge, TN
Applicant should be familiar with senior residential operations and be able to complete minor repairs such as basic plumbing, basic renovations and painting, basic electrical, and preventative maintenance program. This person should be able to use TELS computer software to track compliance tasks weekly. This person must be responsible, kind, and self motivated. Applicants should be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen as a condition of employment. Our facility is extremely well run and in excellent condition, we are looking for someone who can maintain operations at the current level.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
