Property Management Company seeking a Full-Time self-motivated Apartment Maintenance Service Technician for a community located in the Southwest Suburbs.
Apartment Maintenance Technicians must be able to effectively perform their job duties in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment including completing service requests, apartment make-ready's, projects, etc.
under deadlines. Maintenance Technicians must be able to work as a team, interacting with co-workers and residents in a professional yet pleasant manner.
Additional Duties / Experience Required (but not limited to the following)...
- Must have apartment maintenance experience
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Appliance Repair
- Flooring
- Drywall
- Snow Plowing / Removal, etc...
We are looking for Apartment Maintenance Technician applicants who have their HVAC Certification. Maintenance Technicians must also be willing to share on-call responsibilities, have reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check, drug test and physical.
Benefits including sick days, vacation days and health / dental insurance offered after 90 days.
