We are looking for a Certified Phlebotomist or Certified Medical Assistant for a private practice AdvocateAurora aligned internal medicine office. You will be working with a goal of providing outstanding quality medical care in a small team setting. Strong people skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and accurately document basic medical history
• Obtain blood pressure, temperature, and other vital sign readings
• Perform ECGs
• Draw blood and prepare samples appropriately to send to outside laboratories or for in-house testing
• Give immunizations and other therapeutic injections
• Assist in answering phones and other typical front office tasks
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments

• Phlebotomy Certification or Medical Assistant Certification required
