Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing our hiring process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. This role involves creating job ads, organizing job fairs, and representing our company at community events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update job ads on various platforms.
• Source and screen candidates for various positions.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Organize and attend job fairs and community events to attract potential candidates.
• Put up flyers and advertisements locally to promote job openings.
• Handle the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist with employee termination processes as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment role.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with various job boards and recruiting software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to attend community events and represent the company.

Salary:
$40,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
