Pride Home Care Services LLC is Hiring a Registered Nurse (Part-time) Near Ridge, GA
PLEASE NOTE : This RN position is an independent contract employment and will be paid PER VISIT, NOT PER HOUR.
Pride Home Care Services is a licensed service provider for non medical in-home care assistance for the elderly and disabled adults under the EDWP program of Georgia Department of Community Health. Pride Home Care is looking for a part time/PRN Registered Nurse to join our team.
The Registered Nurse will conduct in-person assessment and admission of patients who are approved for in-home care services in Fannin, Gilmer, Union, Towns, Pickens and surrounding counties. The Registered Nurse will develop care plan with patients and other providers involved in the patient's care. The Registered Nurse may also conduct supervisory visits for personal care aides to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. The RN may also provide training as needed.
Requirements:
- Current and clean RN license in the State of Georgia
- Clean criminal background check with no history of misconduct
- Current CPR certification
- Negative TB test result
- Current driver's license and proper vehicle insurance coverage
- Experience in home care / home health is preferred but not required
