Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and manage projects with a focus on delivering successful results on-time and on-budget
- Develop project plans and timelines, and monitor progress against them
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Calculate and monitor project costs, and ensure accuracy of project estimates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials and equipment
- Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress
- Ensure quality assurance and safety standards are met throughout all projects
- Problem solve and make decisions related to the successful completion of projects
- At least 5 years of experience in the commercial roofing and waterproofing industry
- Proficiency in project management, cost estimation, and scheduling principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
