Building Construction Company is Hiring a Construction Project Accountant Near Richmond, TX
Duties and responsibilities:
- Process draw requests
- Manage change orders
- Manage the budget
- Process and manage all subcontracts
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Experience working for a general contractor or subcontractor in the construction industry is preferred
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Prior experience with AIA contract documents preferred
- Prior experience with Vista preferred
