Branch's Civil Division is searching for a reliable General Laborer to join our well-established, growing company. The Laborer will perform tasks involving manual labor in heavy highway construction projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The positionlifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands). The position requires the ability toquickly move arms and legs. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.
This is a full-time position which will typically involve 40 hours a week.
