Central Utah Eye Clinic is Hiring an Ophthalmic Technician Near Richfield, UT

Responsibilities:
- Perform preliminary patient screenings, including measuring vital signs and documenting medical history
- Assist ophthalmologists with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is available
- Administer eye drops or medications as directed by the ophthalmologist
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the electronic medical record system

- Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems (on the Job training provided)

- Ability to accurately measure vital signs and document patient information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
