This position is an onsite role.

Responsibilities to Anticipate :

Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, waxing, polishing, mopping, scrubbing, removing trash, and other duties necessary to maintain good housekeeping in office area.

Cleans and maintains clean rooms to government and / or required specifications.

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Basic Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED)
• Must be willing and able to work shift hours from 5 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM (Local) on Monday through Thursday and 5 : 00 AM to 9 : 00 AM on Friday.

Three (3) months commercial experience performing the following custodial work :

Stripping, waxing, and polishing floors.

Cleaning and care of carpeted areas.

• Must be able to work from oral and written instructions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to drive around site.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top-Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement. Wage and work place conditions, including shift times, are subject to this agreement.

Individuals hired into this position will be represented by a union.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
