Get It Recruit - Administrative is Hiring a Remote Project Manager - Remote

As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with the Director of Project Management to oversee industrial decarbonization projects. Your responsibilities will span from project inception to completion, including managing various stakeholders, overseeing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role offers remote work flexibility with occasional travel to project sites.
ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of capital projects to meet safety, cost, schedule, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with Thermal Energy Services Agreement (TESA).
Manage multiple industrial decarbonization projects through all phases of the project life cycle, from proposal to ongoing operations and maintenance.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders including customers, suppliers, financiers, and permitting authorities.
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as the primary interface between the customer and project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Oversee the project procurement process, from vendor selection to contract negotiation.
Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Lead the bidding process for engineering firms, suppliers, and contractors, negotiating contracts to optimize project outcomes.
Review bids, engineering designs, and contracts for accuracy and completeness.
Capture lessons learned and implement improvements to project processes.
Ensure successful delivery of industrial decarbonization projects to meet customer satisfaction.
RequirementsDemonstrated experience managing multiple projects with a player/coach mentality.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
5 years of engineering and/or project management experience in brownfield industrial construction, with a focus on Food & Beverage, Chemicals, or Pulp & Paper industries.
Technical expertise in engineering and construction disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and controls.
Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project delivery processes, industrial equipment, and contract management.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical and non-technical information effectively.
Willingness to travel (~35%) and work remotely as required.
Preferred8 years of experience in brownfield industrial capital projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Experience with grant-funded projects and project finance.
Location
Remote position, based in the United States.
