Job Title: Director – 340B Program Cost Center: 301351241 MFD-340b Pharmacy Supply Dist Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Employee Type: Regular Work Shift: Variable (United States of America) Job Description: JOB SUMMARY This Director - 340B Program is responsible for oversight, assessment and designing mission-critical 340B program solutions including audits, continuous improvement and optimization for 340B and/or Government-related initiatives. The Director ensures solutions are aligned with business objectives, needs are prioritized appropriately across the enterprise, and collaboration exists with business areas in the development of short and long-term product roadmaps. They assist in KPI development, budget allocation, and performance management of the team. JOB QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation. Minimum Required: PharmD Preferred/Optional: 340BACE (Apexus Certified Expert) EXPERIENCE Minimum Required: Ten years in a managerial capacity, preferably in management of 340b Operations, minimum of three years of directly-related or relevant experience with 340B Program details, policies, procedures and technology. Expertise in pharmacy along with a strong knowledge base/background within technology. Experience in Federal and/or state Government regulations, and technology. Preferred/Optional: None CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.
