Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking passionate Concierge Service Representatives who can deliver exceptional service and support to customers over phone, email, chat and text.
- Full-time shifts available
- Excels in a professional, fast-paced and rewarding environment
- Ability to provide concierge-level service to doctors, pharmacies, patients and manufacturers
- A problem solver with attention to detail, service, integrity, and accountability
- Willingness to learn and grow in the company
- Strong ability to follow established workflows and processes
- Can communicate with others well
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Dependable and punctual
- Full-time employee (40 hrs/week) Part-time (20 hrs/week)
- Spanish speakers are needed but not a necessary qualification
