We are offering an opportunity for a Sr. Accountant to join our team in the healthcare and social assistance industry based in Reseda, California. This role will involve managing account reconciliations, assisting with month-end closes, preparing reports, and managing fixed assets among other duties. Responsibilities: • Conduct account and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy• Prepare and process journal entries as required• Assist with the month-end close process for 13 entities • Review account variances using Excel and pivot tables• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for board meetings• Assist with year-end audit data gathering and annual tax return preparation• Manage and account for fixed assets• May include experience with partnership accounting, setting up, and maintaining entries• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP.
