Taylor Cleaning Solutions, LLC is a small business in Republic, MO that has been in business for 3 years with a loyal and set clientele. All of our clients are long standing with a set routine and each clients has specific needs with the correct information provided for each home. Our company does have a large residential client base and we also offer commercial office spaces as well as work with property management companies to clean vacant properties. Throughout our years in business we have gotten the processes and needs/wants of our customers to a science. Our company provides everything the employees need to carry out all of their job duties and we allow employees to be clocked in for drive time. We do require the employee to have reliable transportation. We are detail oriented with no lack of drive to do the small things that make the difference for our clients.

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients. **Duties:** - Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals - Perform additional duties as assigned **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in porter, custodial, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing is a plus - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks - Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds - Excellent time management skills This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with room for growth and advancement.
