Mailroom Lead Job Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of 8-10 employees
- Set up assembly line for daily processing
- Perform quality checks
- Coach and train employees on production standards
You'll be successful in this role if you enjoy training, have experience in production, and enjoy working in a fast past environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
Pay: $21-$24
Mailroom Lead Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a mailroom
- 1-2 years of leadership experience
- Computer skills- MS Office Suite
- Experience with Window Book and Microsoft Dynamics a plus!
- HS Diploma/Ged
