15 days per year accrued Vacation/Sick time. Accrued time is available to use immediately!

Pay Range: $22.12-$46.15/hr

Position

The NC Programmer will be responsible for flat and multi-axis part programs and setup documentation.

NC Programmer will:

• Design and program fixtures for flat and 3D parts
• Program parts, foam kits, and potting templates
• Create the setup document including images, clear setup instructions and hyperlinks to the NC programs
• Manage program change request for part programs. Maintain revision control and change history
• Assist with developing and maintaining department procedures and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to translate common file formats such as STEP and IGS
• Prior experience with composite manufacturing and trimming of composite materials such as cured fiberglass, aramids, and potting
• Prior operation of trial runs to prove program
• Ability to train operators on procedure and standards created

Education:

Certificate or Degree from college or technical program in support of manufacturing, and/or CNC operation strongly preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with CATIAV5 Infrastructure and NC tool path
• Clear understanding of multi-axis NC program requirements
• Proven experience in revision and change management
• Ability to create templates and programming procedures that improve quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Prior experience programming multi-axis parts and foam kits

Pay

SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay ranges may be higher or lower for non-resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets.
