Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems.
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Utilize facilities maintenance skills to upkeep the property to high standards.
Top candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Multi-Family Property Maintenance experience required - 1 years
- Provide residents with outstanding Customer Service
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely and complete manner
- Knowledgeable in all areas of property maintenance
- Must be able to speak and write English
- HVAC certification required
- CPO certification preferred
This is a full-time position offering great pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k. Regular schedule may include weekends.
