To learn more visit becu.org/careers. PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $83,300.00-$101,700.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $64,600.00 - $120,600.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Policy Adherence: Follow all BECU and Audit Services policies and procedures to ensure cohesive operations. Document Thoroughly: Prepare meticulously organized and documented working papers as your Manager guides, showcasing your dedication to detail. Verify Data Accuracy: Assess financial, compliance, and operational data across departments to confirm accuracy and validate procedures. Build Trust: Establish and nurture partnerships with internal customers, grounded in credibility, trust, and a deep understanding of their business objectives and processes. Maintain Confidentiality: Conduct all assurance activities with an independent outlook, preserving confidentiality and appropriately handling sensitive information. Utilize Data Mining Tools: Harness the power of data mining tools to perform precise and insightful audit analytics for risk assessments and testing. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of key regulatory and legal requirements relevant to our internal processes. Support External Audits and Exams: Perform member account and corporate confirmations for public accountants and data requests from State/Federal Examiners.
