ABS Kids has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Social Media Specialist! We are looking for candidates in the Houston, TX area. This position will work mostly remote with occasional visits to our Sugar Land office. The Social Media Specialist will maintain company social media platforms including creating, scheduling, publishing, and sourcing content.

Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care providers, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our clients.

What Would You Do:

• Collaborate to develop content calendars, brainstorm ideas for upcoming campaigns, and ensure that content aligns with overarching marketing goals.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on company social media platforms
• Oversee updates and edits to online company profiles
• Oversee strategy to boost employee advocacy
• Boost social listening efforts
• Help develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach
• Track and analyze the success of social media campaigns using analytics tools and monthly reports
• Track and manage paid social media campaigns

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 2 years' experience in social media creation and management
• Experience working within social management platforms such as Sprout Social, or Hootsuite preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Team player
