TEC Group INC is Hiring a Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) Near Reedsburg, WI
- Repair and maintain the electrical system of the assigned equipment by applying technical knowledge of AC/DC circuits/systems and equipment hydraulic and pneumatic systems (including hydraulic flow paths, component functions, and operation interfaces).
- Determine the need for and effectively monitor equipment performance using proven diagnostic methods and equipment such as PLC feedback, operator interface screens, and vibration and oil analysis.
- Work from electrical schematics, engineering specifications, and manufacturers' drawings to understand and perform cause and effect analysis of equipment performance.
- Coordinate machine repairs with Maintenance Repairers.
- Train and mentor maintenance personnel in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques.
- Establish and update equipment component change-out frequencies, Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMIs), and delay corrective actions.
- Audit and schedule repairs on an ongoing basis to ensure proper allocation of resources and materials.
- Perform research to identify better components and reliable vendors.
- Complete documentation and maintain records such as work orders, PMIs, inspection logs, etc. in an accurate, organized, and timely manner.
