TITLE :
FOOD SAFETY COORDINATOR
ABOUT THE JOB :
We are seeking experienced candidates to apply for a Food Safety Coordinator position with a food production / wholesale company in the Central Valley.
You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all company-wide documents, policies / procedures. You will provide support and other administrative duties to team members and collaborate with plant personnel to ensure food safety standards / guidelines / legal requirements, making sure proper documentation and customer expectations are met / exceeded.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Food safety experience.
- Working knowledge of GMP and food safety regulations is desired.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, organization, communication and writing.
- Analytical and detail oriented.
- Knowledge of terminology such as HAACP / HARPC, GlobalGap, PrimusGFS, USDA GAP / GHP, MRL.
- Bilingual Spanish
