Summary/Objective
Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered family.

Essential Functions

• Evaluate CIO “Road Map” items of future activities to align within CIO programs that enhance services or provide new capabilities
• Engage and support the acquisition process for unique regional requirements
• Provide monthly status/performance metrics and trending analysis
• Prepare CIO technical and financial briefings, whiteboards, and white papers for the CIO communications during executive level meetings and briefings, internal and external to the agency
• Maintain currency with DoD guidance, IT technology, and IT business practices. Provide recommendations to the CIO on potential changes based on DoD guidance, IT technology, and IT business practices
• Monitor and evaluate customer service requests to ensure appropriate action is taken to fulfill the requests in a timely manner
• Perform activities supporting the CIO’s Office as part of the MDA/IC organization, the IC Regional Locations, and the MDA Policy and Plans organization
• Identify MDA directives, instructions, manuals, guidance, workflows, and processes impacts and recommended changes required to comply with Federal and DoD guidance and associated reporting
• Perform administration, quality assurance, and oversight management of the MDA IT-related chartered board processes
• Orchestrate the review process of the IT Governance workflows and update the workflows as appropriate
• Lead and assist with customer outreach and resolution of IT service issues

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5 years of related experience
• Capable of providing support in the area of Information Management (IM), Information Technology (IT), and Information Assurance (IA)
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities to assist in major efforts in the analysis, design, development, integration, training, testing, documentation, implementation, and operation of complex IT systems
• Expertise in the area of Information Assurance/Computer Network Defense (IA/CND) to design, test, implement, and integrate IA/CND programs
• Ability to accurately process multiple assignments with aggressive timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products and Teams environment

Preferred Education and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following areas: business intelligence, continuous improvement, enterprise information services, or data analytics
• Ability to perform data quality assurance evaluations and problem / solution analyses
• Experience using enterprise-level collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Qlik, or Power BI
• Demonstrated experience in successfully transitioning strategic or conceptual goals to tangible implementation guidance
• Experience with delivering contractual requirements
• Experience with enterprise solutions and developing products using visualization tools
• Experience working with enterprise voice, mobile, or video conferencing services
