Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental office operations and exceptional customer service skills.

Duties:
- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage patient scheduling and appointments
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Dental Receptionist or similar role
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and protocols
- Familiarity with dental scheduling systems
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
