Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the cycle of purchase orders (POs) on a daily basis, ensuring they are moving forward within the expected timeframe and addressing any issues that arise with the appropriate team to avoid delays. This involves managing a tracker created in Excel.
- Handling ad hoc projects as requested, which may vary depending on the candidate's willingness to take on more responsibilities.
- Onboarding new suppliers and being vigilant for any related tasks.
- Ensuring constant communication with the team to keep track of working hours and provide backup support when necessary.
- Minimum 0-2 years’ experience with excel.
- Minimum 0-2 years’ experience with communication.
- Minimum 0-2 years’ experience with organization.
