Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Landscape Irrigation Technician. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $28 to $35 per hour, with additional bonus incentives and overtime pay opportunities. The seasonal work period runs from mid-March to mid-November.
Responsibilities: • Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of residential and some commercial irrigation systems. • Demonstrate knowledge of water conservation practices. Conduct backflow testing as required (backflow testing license mandatory). • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients regarding irrigation system needs and solutions. • Work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain organization. • Utilize computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
Requirements: • Minimum of two years verifiable experience in landscape irrigation. • Proficiency in residential irrigation systems; familiarity with commercial systems. • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. • Comfortable working in outdoor elements. • Backflow testing license required. • Commitment to water conservation practices. • References required.
