Status: Non-exempt, 24-40 hours per week

Compensation: $16- $18 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Support Therapists: Assist with gait training, therapeutic exercises, and patient transfers to ensure effective treatments.
• Patient Documentation: Help maintain and update accurate patient flowsheets.
• Home Exercise Programs: Assist in teaching patients their Home Exercise Programs.
• Inventory Management: Review inventory, request supplies, and keep everything well-stocked.
• Front Desk Assistance: Answer phones with professionalism, perform basic scheduling, and handle new patient intake when needed.
• Clinic Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless and safe clinic environment, including cleaning linens and modalities.
• Patient Care: Safely transport patients, position them correctly using bolsters and wedges, and apply heat pads, cold packs, and electrodes under the therapist's direction.
• Clinic Operations: Assist with the setup of ultrasound and electrical stimulation equipment, and help open or close the clinic.
• Customer Service: Handle patient questions and concerns with care and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience for all.
