The Redding Rancheria is seeking a Pharmacy Cashier. The schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 5:30pm.

JOB SUMMARY:

Under direction from the Pharmacist in Charge, the Pharmacy Cashier will provide customer service, answer phones, and operate a Point of Sale (POS) register.

REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Cash register and customer service experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Indian preference.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Retrieve filled medication containers.
2. Resolve problems with payments.
3. Operate a cash register throughout your shift.
4. Adheres to the implemented refill center workflow.
5. Adapts easily to a high volume, fast pace medical group setting.
6. Communicate with the Pharmacist on duty for consults on medications as well as discrepancies on drug orders.

All certifications, credentials/ licenses, education verification /degrees and/or transcripts, and Indian verification are required to process your application.
