Job Title: Project Foreman / Crew Lead
BENEFITS:
- Starting Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Depending on Experience & Skill Level
- Promotion Opportunity to $80,000 Available
- Paid time off for Major Holidays
- One week paid vacation after first year, 2 days additional each year beyond that

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- 4 Year Experience in Structural Framing
- 4 Experience managing Subcontractors
- Working Knowledge of Flooring Installations
- Working Knowledge of Window Installation
- Working Knowledge of Exterior Siding (Hardi, Metal, & Wood)
- Working Knowledge of Plumbing & Electrical
- Motivation
