Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register.

Duties:

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and assist with inventory management
- Process sales transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Utilize retail math skills for accurate pricing and discounts
- Demonstrate technical sales knowledge to promote products effectively

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service and cash handling
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail math
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing retail trends

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 24 per week
