Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Junior Architect with expertise in Revit drafting for commercial projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in our project team, responsible for producing high-quality construction drawings and collaborating with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and detailed construction drawings using Revit or AutoCAD software for commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments.
• Coordinate with project managers and architects to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve design issues and provide technical support.
• Review and revise drawings as needed to incorporate feedback and changes.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Job Captain/Drafter or similar role.
• Proficiency in Revit software is required.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent drafting and technical drawing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
