Engage directly with clients in the automotive, home appliances, and consumer products industries, driving research, development, and process optimization.
- Innovate and optimize injection molding processes and technologies.
- Offer specialized technical support and optimization strategies to clients.
- Lead research and development projects to deliver practical solutions.
- Conduct experiments and tests to enhance product development.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and detailed technical reports.
- Oversee the setup and supervision of new equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate and lead technical seminars and training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
