Our team is actively hiring for a Full Time Dental Assistant to support our growing team in Ravenna, OH. This is a private practice and not a large corporate position. The starting pay for this position is $18/hour or more depending on the right person and experience, as well as customer service and quality of care to our patients. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm and Fridays from 8am-1pm. For our full-time Dental Assistants who have made it through the probationary period and meet all requirements, we offer a very comprehensive and competitive benefits package, pay increases based on performance, and monthly bonuses!

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm and Friday 7:30am-1pm. No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist dentists with procedures.
• Help patients feel comfortable.
• Take patients’ blood pressure
• Take and process x-rays.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by sterilizing equipment.
• Provide follow up care instructions for patients.
• Adhere to OSHA and HIPPA standards.

License/Certification:

• X-Ray Certification (willing to pay for the right candidate as well)
