We are looking for a Front Desk Agent who is perfectly suited to work as part of a team and has the desire to help others. The ideal candidate is personable, well-spoken, and proactive with excellent customer service skills. This position requires an individual who can be calm under pressure, so we're strongly considering candidates with prior hospitality experience. The right person should be willing to accept direction, work well under pressure, have excellent customer service skills and have a genuine desire to help others.

This position is part time and can also be seasonal.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from clients.
• Handle walk-in client traffic.
• Greet clients with a smile and handshake.
• Meet and escort clients to account manager.
• Provide clients with directions to the office location if needed.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
