The ideal candidate will have:

· Proven track record estimating and managing projects in the construction industry (Wood Framing Preferred)

· Ability to read and interpret bid documents, construction plans, schedules, and specifications.

· Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.

· Experience in estimating materials, equipment, and general conditions.

· In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

· Good knowledge of MS Office

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· A team player with leadership abilities

Responsibilities and Expectations\:

· Works independently to complete assigned project estimates within established deadlines and priority.

· Communicate with GC’s and Suppliers to clarify project documents and specifications.

· Generate material takeoffs using Planswift Takeoff Software

· Track Budgets via ProCore (including approving invoices for assigned projects)

· Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.

· Assisting the field with clarifications, change orders and materials

· Work with Customers Office and Field Staff to ensure the success of Mandere on the project.

· Solve any issues and delays on the project in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $73,331.00 - $90,000.00 per year
