SUMMARY:

We are a custom contractor focused on renovations, new builds, interiors, exteriors and decks. We are seeking an experienced Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our construction teams in various projects, ensuring worksites are safe and projects are completed efficiently.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Perform tasks on all areas and aspects of construction projects.

· Always perform quality work and be willing to rework projects as requested.

· Able to lay-out, measure, plan and execute work activities.

· Demonstrate good organizational skills and daily planning.

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

· Is a good problem solver, great communicator, and enjoys thinking ahead and planning.

· Ability to take directions.

· Ability to solve mathematical problems quickly and accurately.

· Proficient in the use of a variety of power and hand tools.

· Is organized and pays attention to quality and detail.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

· Physical abilities must include manual dexterity, good eye-hand coordination, physical fitness, a good sense of balance to work on ladders and scaffolding as well as the ability to lift and carry heavy objects such as cabinets, doors, panels, beams and other materials.

· Must have flexible schedule.

· Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
