The Administrator in Training (AIT) is responsible for assisting and training under the Administrator on the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations for long term care to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Prior Management Experienced is required.
• Completion of required academic credit hours.
