Midwest Outdoor Resorts is seeking someone with a passion for cleanliness to help maintain our space for the health of all that walk through our doors.

This is a full time year round position that is benefits eligible. The schedule for cleaning is early morning before 7 : 00am or at night after 8pm 6 days a week.

This position's wage is $11.00 -$13.00 / hour. We are seeking someone that is professional and reliable.

Duties Include :

• Cleaning 3 office buildings 6 days a week
• Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces
• Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls
• Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap
• Clean entrance glass and other interior glass
• Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders
• Work effectively independently and as a team player
• Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners
• Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor

• Must be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace
• Must be reliable
• Able to lift 35 lbs
• Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching

Common surfaces are being disinfected more frequently and the CDC guidelines are being followed.
