Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting, carpentry, and general construction tasks. We are a small business getting bigger and looking for the right candidate to become a Forman and run the show for a while until we can figure out things from there. Got work lined up and no help. Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting such as drywall repair, plastering, and sanding

- Apply paint using various techniques including airless paint spraying

- Perform trim carpentry work as needed

- Restore and refinish surfaces to match specified colors and textures

- Work on construction sites to complete painting and labor tasks

- Assist with general maintenance person duties as required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in residential painting and carpentry

- Familiarity with schematics and blueprints

- Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques

- Ability to work on construction sites and follow safety protocols

- Knowledge of drywall repair and plastering

- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in trim carpentry

- Background in general construction labor tasks
