TEKsystems has partnered with a local hospital, looking to hire a medical receptionist

Pay: $17.00/hour Schedule: 2:30 pm -11:00 pm Mon-Fri (with rotational weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Fielding a large volume of inbound calls from patients
• Patient scheduling
• Acting as switchboard and transferring calls
• Emergency overhead paging
• Monitoring rooms and answering bells to see what patient needs
• Answering and transferring calls to different departments
• Follow-up on all calls to ensure patient service

Qualifications:

• 2 year of consistent work history
• Prior healthcare OR customer service experience
