Requirements
- CPR and First Aid Certification (willingness to obtain)
- Completed ECE Units, CDA, OR Degree in Child Development (willingness to obtain)
- Should be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, and work indoors or outdoors.
- Ability to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to connect with children and their parents in English.
- All center staff applicants should meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

- Create engaging and educational lesson plans for children based on their age and developmental stage.
- Implement activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills development.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive childcare environment.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and implement them in daily activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.45 - $18.10 per hour
