Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be a result driven team player with a strong background in recruitment for logistics/transportation companies with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.
Work Environment and Expectations
This is a full-time, exempt salaried in office position.
Schedule is Monday – Friday
Starting pay is $65,000 per year

Qualifications
3 years’ experience in recruitment
Valid CA driver license
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field is a plus
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Advanced knowledge and efficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant tracking systems.
Experienced in managing job boards (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc.)
Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
Strong follow through and must be detail oriented
Dedicated, hardworking with an 'All In' attitude
Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Company’s hiring needs for each position in each state
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles; help management find, hire, and retain quality talent
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
Create and release job descriptions and announcements
Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
Conduct weekly and monthly reports on hiring progress, number of applicants, interviews, budget, etc
Occasional driving to represent Company in job fairs, hiring events, and staffing initiatives
Other duties as assigned
