We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will be the primary point of contact for a selection of key customers, providing technical support and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Technical Customer Service Representative
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance to customers regarding our carbide products and solutions.
- Assist customer inquiries including pricing.
- Keep customers informed about product updates, promotions, and relevant information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Address, resolve and document customer interactions / feedback / inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Remote work is not available for this position*
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a technical customer support role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
