Northern One Hour Heating & Ben Franklin Plumbing is a locally owned and operated national franchise located in the Ramsey/Anoka area We have been servicing the Minneapolis and North Metro area since 1990. We specialize in HVAC and plumbing residential service, maintenance, and installation, and due to continued growth and expansion we are in need of an additional dispatcher
You'll help schedule service maintenance and repair calls throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. If you have customer service and/or dispatch experience and enjoy working in a fun team environment, Northern One Hour Heating & Cooling and Ben Franklin Plumbing & Drains have a great opportunity for you!

Please note that this position is full-time Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains the service technicians' schedules and dispatches technicians as service calls are completed
- Scheduled technicians return trips with customers to complete jobs after parts arrive
- Must be Detail Oriented and have the ability to Multitask
- Maintain on-call schedule for service technicians as after-hours service procedures
- Dispatch for Profits - Best technician for the job
Requirements
- 2-3 Years of HVAC/Plumbing Customer Service/Dispatch Experience Desired
- Flexible to work overtime in heavy demand season
- A strong understanding of the Twin Cities Marketplace Helpful
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Understands the importance and balance of teamwork and working effectively with our internal/external customers
- Ability to provide an upbeat positive demeanor with the technicians for their success
- Good written and verbal skills
- Good computer skills needed
- A positive attitude and team player is a MUST!
