Restaurant Front of House (FOH) Manager

Raleigh, NC

$60,000 - $80,000

As a key part of our mission, we seek a FOH Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional guest experience in our fast-paced, high-volume establishment.

We foster a culture emphasizing guest orientation, celebrating success, diversity, and high volume. As a FOH Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining this atmosphere.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the smooth operations of the front of house, ensuring world-class service and superior guest experiences
• Manage the waiting list and ensure timely seating of guests
• Engage with guests through table visits to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues proactively
• Inspire team spirit among staff and motivate them to provide top-notch service
• Implement training programs to improve staff knowledge and performance
• Maintain a sense of urgency to meet and exceed guest expectations

Qualifications :

• 3 years' experience as a FOH Manager in a full-service restaurant with $3M or higher volume
• Profound bar knowledge and understanding of steps of service
• Excellent skills in managing a wait and guest engagement
• High levels of energy, motivation, and a team-spirited attitude
• Demonstrated ability in training and fostering a sense of urgency in a team
