Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Approve invoices and ensure timely payments
• Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow projections
• Liaise with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits
• Develop and manage budgets and provide regular reports on performance
• Manage debt and ensure compliance with loan covenants
• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
• Analyze business performance and provide regular reports to management
• Lead and manage the finance team
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Prepare and submit external financial reports
• Manage banking relationships and ensure compliance with bank covenants
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on financial performance
• Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial statements
• Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements and balance sheets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with payroll processing and tax regulations
• Experience with external financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and loan covenants
• Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
