Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining store profitability, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet financial goals
- Train, supervise, and evaluate store staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Create a welcoming environment for customers
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of retail math and sales techniques
- Experience in training development and conducting interviews
- Strong organizational abilities to manage store operations efficiently
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to store management
- Familiarity with sales management practices
